Why do I need business HELP through mentoring, consulting or advice?
Help, when needed, will speed up your journey to success and reduce your risk of failure and will provide the time and money to do the things that you want to do. 
Every successful business person, elite athlete, performer, etc., is surrounded with mentors and advisers who all play an important part in their success. As a business owner it is imperative that you go to work on your business and not in your business if you're to realise your entrepreneurial potential. As a business consultant we focus your efforts working on your business and assist you to establish strategies, systems and targets to achieve your goals.
From our experience, most of our clients are initially working in the business and are buried in the day-to-day operations and seldom get time to work on their business. It is very exciting to watch our clients move from operators of a business to be people who achieve their goals as they've had time and guidance to work on the strategic growth of their business.

What can you do for me that my Accountant doesn’t already do for me?
Our team at Solitude Solutions are specialists at developing and growing businesses. We work together with accountants, both focusing on different aspects of the business. We have found that combining our skill sets provides a superior outcome. Accountants are generally tax and compliance driven whereas we are system, people and trading results focused. 


How much will your services cost us?
Our initial consultation is done for FREE. Should you engage our services, your investment with us will depend on the scope of work. Our programs are tailored for the specific needs of your business and your team and they are based on a comprehensive analysis of your business prior to us commencing any implementation work.
Based on the historical results of our clients, we have found that the increased growth and profitability of the business off-sets any investment made with us. It is important to note that the systems, strategies and knowledge acquired during the period that we work with you are used for the lifetime of your business.

How much time will be required of me?
There is no doubt that a commitment of your time is essential to the success of the program. In general, the amount of time committed to the program is proportional to the progress made. More time is spent in the initial stages of the program however, as the benefits are realised, you will find that you actually have more time available relative to the profitability which your business is now returning. Typically we would spend from 1 to 5 days a month depending upon the scope that you give us.


What is the duration that we would work together?
Typically an initial period would be 12 months. Using our existing A and B client base as a benchmark, we have found that the strong relationships that we forge in the initial period entrench us as an integral part of the Management Team of a business and we maintain our associations indefinitely. We still have associations with clients going back to 2003.
